The service

WeBond is an AI-powered parenting companion that provides personalized guidance based on your physiological data, personality, and family context. The service is delivered through an iOS application and SMS messaging.

Not medical or professional advice

WeBond provides parenting suggestions, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Our guidance is informational and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers, therapists, or counselors. If you or your child are in crisis, contact emergency services or a mental health professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WeBond. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Share your account with others.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and technology within WeBond are owned by WebondAI, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from WeBond. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Disclaimers

WeBond is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from following our suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebondAI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
